E. John DelMonte serves as the Chairman of the Board at DelMonte Hotel Group. Previously, Mr. DelMonte has worked in various capacities at DHG since 1968 including Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2022; and formerly as President & COO since 1992. Previous to this, Mr. DelMonte oversaw the development of the company’s patented modular manufacturing facility in Mobile, Alabama that shipped hotel rooms to Saudi Arabia, China and the Bahamas.

With a lifetime background in the family owned construction and real estate business, Mr. DelMonte has transformed DHG into an award winning hotel development and management company. Mr. DelMonte additionally developed two concept Restaurants as well as a Spa in Rochester, NY where the company’s headquarters reside.

As Chairman of the Board, Mr. DelMonte provides strategic leadership, working with the board of directors and the CEO/President to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. 

Mr. DelMonte is an active and highly-respected leader and advocate of numerous hospitality, business and civic organizations.


Alexander P. DelMonte, Chief Executive Officer and President

ALEXANDER P. DELMONTE

Alexander DelMonte is the CEO and President of the DelMonte Hotel Group. He joined the DelMonte Hotel Group in 2011. Mr. DelMonte is responsible for leading the executive team and carrying out the strategic goals of the organization.

Over the last decade Mr. DelMonte has led the development and growth of the DelMonte Hotel Group. During that time he has established multiple strategic joint venture partnerships, oversaw the development and acquisition of multiple hotels, as well as the sale of two portfolios of hotels.

Mr. DelMonte serves on the Board of Trustees of The Strong Museum of Play and is a member of the AC Hotels by Marriott Franchise Advisory Council.

Mr. DelMonte is a graduate from The George Washington University where he holds a BBA in International Business. He lives in Pittsford with his wife and three children.


John Bellardini, Chief Financial Officer

JOHN BELLARDINI
Chief Financial Officer

With over 30 years of global, senior leadership experience, John Bellardini brings immense value to his role as CFO. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a large privately held real estate organization with decades of proven success in the development, acquisition and management of retail, hospitality, multifamily, office/industrial and residential properties across North America. Prior to this, John led a practice for management consulting within a top CPA firm in Pittsburgh, PA.

 John’s experience and knowledge spans a multitude of different industries including consumer product goods, agriculture, technology, manufacturing and distribution, transportation and aerospace, and more, with a variety of major brands and organizations both in-house and as clients


Kate Kuttruff, Senior Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kuttruff joined DHG in 1990 and has made countless contributions to the company throughout her career. Ms. Kuttruff has an extensive and successful background in accounting, payroll, benefits, human resources and related information technology. She has held positions within the DelMonte Hotel Group including Accounting and Payroll Specialist, Benefits Manager, Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of Operations prior to her current position as Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Kuttruff was an integral part of the opening of 21 hotels, and has additionally been project lead for many of DHG’s internal system implementations. She has developed and implemented many of the company's policies, programs and initiatives, including compensation and benefits, training and orientation, and wellness initiatives.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Kuttruff oversees Accounting, Information Systems, Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Legal Compliance, Hotel Operations, Facilities, and the Sales, Revenue, & Marketing division. Ms. Kuttruff majored in Business Administration.


Guy Crawford, Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Crawford is responsible for growing the platform through sourcing new acquisitions, developments, underwriting and raising capital. He plays an active role in management, financing and dispositions for the portfolio of hotels.

Prior to joining DelMonte Hotel Group, Mr. Crawford was the head of the hospitality platform at Lightstone Group, co-head of Lightstone Ventures and a member of Lightstone Capital.  During his tenure, he led acquisitions, asset management and dispositions of a portfolio that included 35 hotels.  Before Mr. Crawford’s move to Lightstone, he was Vice President at Madden Real Estate Ventures.

Mr. Crawford graduated from New York University with a Master of Science in Finance and Real Estate and studied computer science and business at Stony Brook University.


Lisa Thompson, Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Revenue Management

Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management

With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Lisa Thompson leads the sales, marketing and revenue management teams and is responsible for maximizing overall revenue for DHG’s portfolio of properties. Throughout her career, she has had experience working with multiple brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Independent hotels, across a variety of locations from urban to suburban, downtown and resort. 

During her time with DelMonte, she has coordinated the consolidation of the sales office to the corporate HQ as well as led the company on development and implementation of several systems, including orchestrating the transition of sales systems as well as adopting brand standard systems to form a comprehensive revenue management strategy across all brands and distribution channels. Lisa has experience working with established hotels, conversion properties as well as opening new hotels and those in development.

As the Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management, she is responsible for optimizing the hotels’ mix of business to maximize the hotel’s overall profit, increasing revenue and driving market share. She integrates sales, marketing and revenue management into this process for a successful bottom line.


William Daly, P.E., Vice President of Design and Construction

Vice President of Design & Construction

As Vice President of Design and Construction, Mr. Daly is responsible for overseeing the development of new properties and the renovations of existing properties for the company.
He has 25 years of Commercial, Residential and Hospitality Development experience.

Mr. Daly is a Licensed Professional Engineer in NYS and a graduate of the University of Buffalo, where he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering.


Matt Gilluly, Regional Director of Hotel Operations

Matt Gilluly has over 20 years of hospitality experience, holding various positions through the years such as General Manager, Regional Task Force GM, Director of Operations, Director of Rooms, Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and Revenue Manager with companies such as Widewaters Hotels, White Lodging and Hyatt.

Matt joined the DelMonte Hotel Group in October 2015, his prior roles within the company include Senior Group Rooms Manager and the Athletic Sales Account Manager.

As Regional Director of Hotel Operations, he oversees Rochester, Cleveland and Pennsylvania hotels within the DelMonte Hotel Group portfolio.


TINA ROLLINS
Regional Director of Hotel Operations

Tina Rollins joined DelMonte Hotel Group in 2010 as General Manager for one of the Albany properties. Most recently, she held the position of General Manager of the dual property Courtyard/Residence Inn Albany Airport. 

Prior to joining DHG, Tina had over 10 years of hospitality experience in various management roles and GM positions with Marriott International at Courtyards, Townplace Suites, and Fairfield Inn, in the Chicago, Illinois area.

 As Regional Direct of Hotel Operations, she oversees the Albany, Saratoga and Tennessee hotels within the DelMonte Hotel Group portfolio.


Christine Tam, Corporate Director of Human Resources

Christine joined the DelMonte Hotel Group in 2008, and has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in the areas of Corporate HR governance & administration. 

 With a focus on full employee life-cycle needs, Christine has steered numerous system and business process initiatives designed to ensure compliance as well as enhance talent acquisition, retention and development, and promote a positive company culture.  

 As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Christine handles the company’s Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Training programs; OSHA and Safety programs; as well as Salary Administration and Organization development and all related HRIS systems.  She manages an HR support team that administers routine compliance audits, payroll and benefits for the entire company.  


BEN KIM
Corporate Controller

With over 20 years of experience, Ben Kim joins DelMonte Hotel Group with an extensive hotel finance & accounting knowledge from a diverse portfolio of Marriott and Hilton properties. He has held various leadership roles throughout his career, most recently as Vice President of Operational Finance at Aqua-Aston Hospitality.

Ben joined DHG as Corporate Controller in 2023. His role is responsible for directing accounting strategies while defining and executing accounting and financial reporting practices and internal controls.
